Longwell Lawn Care, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Job Log mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
This App is intended solely for use by authorized employees and contractors of Longwell Lawn Care, LLC. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

- To enable authorized employees to record, view, and manage job and client data in connection with their employment duties.

4. Data Storage and Security
All data entered into the App is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud-based database infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections using industry-standard TLS protocols. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only, through role-based access controls enforced at both the application and database levels.
While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or stored within the App.
5. Apple Intelligence and On-Device AI
Certain features of the App utilize Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework ("Apple Intelligence"). When these features are used, all processing occurs entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers, third-party AI providers, or Longwell Lawn Care, LLC infrastructure in connection with Apple Intelligence features. All AI processing is private, local, and never leaves your device.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the App, including cloud infrastructure providers, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Company shall not be liable for any breach that results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to unauthorized access by third parties despite reasonable security measures, acts of third-party service providers, or force majeure events.

As an authorized user of the App, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your administrator or the Company directly. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Company policy.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately.
